Life Time

My personal trainer, Tatiana Morales, has been one of the biggest reasons I enjoy coming to Life Time Las Colinas. She took the time to understand my goals and customized every workout around them. She knows exactly when to encourage you and when to push you beyond what you think you’re capable of. I genuinely look forward to every training session because of her. I can’t recommend Tati enough. She is simply the best. Beyond that, Life Time Las Colinas is one of the best gyms I’ve been to. The facilities are outstanding and everyone is made to feel welcome. I especially love the Kids Academy because it lets me work out with peace of mind while my kids are having fun. The indoor and outdoor pools are fantastic, and the overall experience makes it easy to stay consistent with my fitness goals.

That feeling after visiting Life Time Fitness for the first time is different 😄 The atmosphere, lighting, equipment, pool, cafe, workout spaces… everything feels premium and motivating at the same time.

I drive from downtown Dallas to this location for the pools, women's locker room and spa area, and for my personal trainer Preston. Yes, you pay more but the amenities that other gyms nickle and dime you for is worth the price. Plus the equipment and cleanliness of the facility is refreshing to see at a gym. The music is upbeat, family friendly and not so loud you can hear it over your earbuds. I left my last gym due to the loud music with lyrics that has no place in a public setting. I also like the workstation and the cafe on site. Oftentimes after my workout, I'll grab a healthy smoothie and answer emails. Only issue I have is the women that come into the wet room to use the sauna are in their workout clothes and tennis shoes. When I mentioned it to the attendant she said management had given up enforcing. Otherwise, so happy to have found Lifetime and my trainer, Preston. At 70 years young, I am gaining endurance and strength.

Been coming here for since they opened and I absolutely love this location. The staff are friendly, and the classes are both engaging and enjoyable. The barre class is one of my favorites (the blue and red lighting creates such an energizing atmosphere and keeps the experience immersive. Sarae at the LifeCafe has also been wonderful she makes great drinks . I just wish they had a basketball court but it’s ok 🥲

I don’t think people realize how powerful an environment is until they find the right one. Life Time has become more than just a gym for me — it’s been a reset button. Over the past season of my life, especially during some of the tougher stretches, having a consistent, positive place to walk into at 4:30am has changed everything. It’s where discipline turns into clarity. It’s where stress turns into momentum. And I have to specifically recognize David at the front desk. When you show up before sunrise, tired, carrying the weight of life, that first interaction matters more than people think. David is always there. Every single morning. Positive. Kind. Steady. He sets the tone before the workout even starts. No spotlight, no applause — just consistent professionalism and genuine warmth. He’s an unsung hero of that building. Life Time has helped me realign my health goals, build strength again — physically and mentally — and step into a better version of myself. But culture is built by people, and David represents that culture at its best. Grateful for this place. Grateful for the team. And grateful for the early mornings that are shaping something stronger than just muscle.
